How do I blur a license plate in a photo?

Is this license plate blur tool free?
Yes. The browser editor is free to use, requires no account, and does not consume Blurface credits.
Does Blurface upload my vehicle photo?
No. This page decodes, edits, and exports the image inside your browser tab. It does not post the selected file to the Blurface server.
Does the tool automatically detect license plates?
No. You mark each plate manually. Manual selection is predictable across countries, unusual plate shapes, steep angles, and partially hidden plates, but you should still inspect the final image before publishing.
Can I blur more than one license plate?
Yes. Draw a separate region over every plate in the image. You can undo the latest region or clear all regions before downloading.
Does blurring a plate guarantee anonymity?
No single visual edit guarantees anonymity. Use a strong effect, inspect the exported file at full size, and consider other identifying details such as faces, addresses, vehicle markings, location, and surrounding context.
