API keys for playground and production use

Keys created here work for the public endpoints exposed on this site. Guests can obtain a key through the playground, and signed-in users can manage the same keys here.

Create a guest or signed-in session first. The fastest path is to run one image in the playground, which will automatically create a guest account, starter credits, and an API key when available.
